Alpine oxygen really helped me out when I got altitude sickness in Steamboat. I called them after 5 pm and they still delivered an oxygen unit the same night very quickly. They dropped off right at our condo, explained exactly how the machine worked, and made pickup very easy when we left. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to do so. Thx!!!
So thankful for Alpine Oxygen. I have been skiing since I was a kid, and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten elevation sickness. They delivered right to our condo door when they said they would. They offered many different attachments for whatever I needed and they were so easy to contact for any follow ups or questions I had. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!
Have used Alpine Oxygen annually for ski week for over 10years. They respond immediately to texts and equipment is delivered and setup perfectly every time promptly. Thankyou Becky for great customer service. See you next year!
Alpine Oxygen’s owner is a friend of my husband and I. We have been with this owner who always has his business phone with him. When he gets a request he is immediately taking care of requests even in the middle of dinner or personal events. Joe and his employees aren’t just selling- they are educated in personal needs of each client -man or animal. Alpine Air will always be our first choice!
Unit was acceptable. Customer service however is terrible and incredibly rude. When wrong tubing was delivered with the unit making it unusable for two people (their fault), the attitude was tough luck you’ll get it tomorrow. No apology, no attempt to make it right just a surly person trying to convince me it was our fault. It was not. Correct tubing came the next day. They don’t respond to texts or emails. I recommend using a different company in the Vail area if you really need to have this. Very disappointing.
