My husband and I are regulars at Alpine. We like that Ben is able to address and relieve our aches and pains without needles or bending and cracking us. He is gentle and effective. I highly recommend Elodie as well. She is very kind and thorough. I always leave there happier and looser!
I recommend Alpine Osteo to all who mention issues that can be solved by osteopathy. It took only 1 session for Ben to fix my sore, tensed lower back (vs 7-10 of physio I'm guessing) after a few days of me trying to help by taking Ibuprofen as "bandaid".
