MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM PRICES on the services you are going to receive from this facility! I went as a new patient to see a physician's assistant at this office back in August of 2023 for carpal tunnel related problems. I am traveling regularly and I had been to another physician in Southlake, TX and several months later I went to a physician in Flagstaff, AZ and both of them had reasonable fees for the same services rendered by VSON. Horrible business practice from the office side of things. I called a week before my appointment to confirm they worked with my insurance and was told “I think we do, but it’s the patients responsibility to confirm that.” My insurance dropped the ball as well, but let’s focus on what Alpine did wrong. They saw me with no prior authorization attempts on my insurance, despite having the information a week in advance. They took x-rays despite me offering images taken a week prior from another doctor.
