!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE IN IMMEDIATE PAIN !! I am absolutely appalled by the behavior I witnessed from Dr. Schmitz towards my senior mother. We showed up at 8:15 for check in, her appointment was at 8:30. The office was supposed to be open by 8 per their signs in the office and hours on google. We didnt get checked in until 8:20 or so, she was the first patient of the day. We proceeded to wait over 45 minutes with no updates. Dr. Miguel Schmitz worked with my shoulder surgery and spent a long standing amount of time with me through that injury. He’s a 5 star doctor, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend him for surgery.
I don't give 5 stars very often, however, Dr Schmitz was the first dr to really listen and address my concerns. I am an orthopedic medical anamoly. He just performed a total shoulder replacement with an odd presentation. He is driven by science and best outcome. I am so very impressed with him and his staff! Everyone has been kind and caring!
