My son was referred here last October. I called the office two weeks after the referral was sent. I was very rudely informed that they had never received the referral. I was told to have our dentist send a new referral and was told "don't call us, we'll call you." The rudeness of this comment surprised me. I called our dentist. They confirmed that the first referral had been sent and should have been received. They were happy to send a new referral though and one was sent right away. Dr. Allyn and his staff did a fantastic job. The girls made me feel at ease with great conversation to take my mind off the procedure and they all took good care of me.
