After purchasing $489.00 glasses with Thomas Optical, the Policy ASSURANCE was i could return the glasses if I didn't like them. When i tried to return the overpriced glasses, I was told "I Never Said that"!!! False & Misleadiing Policy Information!! She CHANGED her policy to changing out the lens if i didnt like glasses; & NEVER returning progressive lens. NONE of which was mentioned at time of purchase.
