Do not go here! They would not fax to charge my insurance and ended up sending me to collections! I am fully covered I even 3 way called with billing and my insurance all they had to do was fax or send it. They never did so sent me to collections and now trying to get me in court! What a headache for just trying to get checked out in which my questions were never answered and didn’t feel respected or with dignity!
