New managers Suck!!! Didn t notice I was \$3.50 cents short and they charged me \$35.00!!! Unreal!
Buyer beware is the best way to describe this place. The manager Jim is a creepy sleaze bag who looks in your windows. He also singles out tenant s and makes up rules as he see s fit. At the same time those who do break the rules are over looked. Forget about selling your home, they get a bonus for homes that don t sell. It s a nice park but the manager s make it truly miserable.
ugly comments for a web page when times are tough.If Jim, or Tim is looking in windows quit looking out, are you that bored? maybe he is simply maintaining the area, believe me life is too short to be so bitter, there are actions to take to correct problems with life, find out what the hell the real issue is and if you cant fight them move out or call Dan the man, the homes are selling like hot cakes. Call Sam or mobile home activists.
Buyer Beware!!! This park has countless unethical practices. There is a class action lawsuit that has begun by previous and current homeowners against both the Park owners and Management. Donna Timmons and Jim Timmons overcharge for utilities have done very under handed things to people such as throwing out a disabled woman, stealing a cat from a man with diabetes and breaking and entering. Dont buy here!
Weve lived here at Alpine Oaks Estates since 10/ 2010. We have found the manager Donna and her husband Jim constantly going out of their way to accommodate us. It is a wonderful place to live and I dont know why that one jackass had so many bad thinks to say.
This is a wonderful park where you can take walks along the creek and see the wild turkeys in the fields. It is quiet and the managers are helpful. I highly recommend buying a place here.

Alpine Oaks is a wonderful place to live. Dont let one uneducated person mislead you. This is my home and I can tell you that the majority of people will disagree with this, sounds like someone doesn;;t like to follow rules.
