Well this went fast to a one star. Avoid at all costs, they left me and my son stranded at 1am. I received a 48 hour, 24 hour, and 2 hour confirmation email. No one showed to pick us up. Called main office which went to voice mail. Called emergency number and Stephanie Chapman finally answered. Said she would call me back and hung up. Never did. Stay away from this horrible company! Great service and price. Used them from airport to Whistler. Couldn’t fault the service and the communication. Driver was polite and professional. Highly recommended
Used them for a Vancouver Whistler ride. Great communication. Airport pick was easy with driver waiting for us. Driver texted us both times so we had his info. We had to make a last minute change on return and they communicated well and were very accommodating. Cars were clean and both drivers were great. Late night ride and the driver took it easy the whole way since we were mostly sleeping and didn't try talking to us. Very respectful and we really appreciated that! Will definitely use them again next time I'm in town.
