I've lived here for about 10 months. I can't imagine a worse place to live. The apartment itself had nothing fixed before I moved in from the last tenant. The A/C unit is so loud I can't sleep with it on, the front cover of the A/C unit falls off anytime you run it because it shakes so bad and there's no screws mounting it, the bathroom fan is insanely loud, none of the doors in the apartment latched closed, landlord special paint, drips from the paint all over the floor and in random places, the shower is impossible to keep... read more
Shannon was amazing! I have been struggling with getting any personal contact in finding an apartment for my elderly mother. Shannon contacted me and helped expedite the process to get my mothers application completed approved and the lease documents signed. The technolgical world does not work well for our elderly. Thankfully we had Shannon to get my mother a more suitable place to live.
