My wall was badly damaged by the moving company. When it happened, the mover was kind and said it would be taken care of by the company. No problem. Now we are at two months of broken promises and unanswered calls to have our damaged wall fix. The company has stopped responding to our inquiries of checking the status. At one point they admitted they 'wont repair after all' and would now send a $75 check for us to fix ourselves, but it has been weeks and no check has arrived. What a JOKE. Let me start by saying the movers themselves were incredible and efficient. While they were 2.5 hours late, they still did a great job communicating with me once they were on there way (mind you, this was after I had to call to figure out why no one showed up at the scheduled time). Had we not had the issue I'm sharing below, this would be an entirely different review. I digress. Here's the actual issue.
