Amazing experience every time I come here. Beautiful locations, private, and surrounded by nature. The cabins are cosy, well-decorated, and VERY clean. Love the added bonus of arcade cabinets and pool tables. The only suggestions I would make are that coffee + fixings should be provided alongside the coffee maker, and it would be greatly appreciated if pillows of different thicknesses were included as the pillows provided were VERY puffy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
Terrible experience! DO NOT STAY HERE! Below is a list of issues right from arrival and no help or show of concern provided from Vacasa: No access codes provided at check in. Had to call and ask. Then still couldn’t get into the guest cabin until over 6 hours after check in. Main cabin air conditioning not working Main cabin kitchen sink leaking steady under the sink and soaking cabinetry. Worst experience ever in over 10 years of yearly vacations. We only stayed 1 night out of a 5 night rental in 2023 due to Vacasa’s neglect. They have yet to refund us. It’s puzzling how Vacasa is still in business with so much we’ve learned since our nightmare experience with them.
The cabin was what we needed. There were a few issues upon arriving. We reached out to vacasa. The maintenance man, Ernie, arrived within 15-30 minutes after I called and immediately got to work. He was friendly and prefoessional. He addressed the issues and got the hot tub going. He literally saved the day. Thank you Ernie! 😊 We will definitely be returning.
