I'd just like to thank the young female salesperson whom promptly gave me great advice and service with a worn/stretched chain that required an immediate fix. The store opens early & they had a great quality chain replacement on hand and a chain breaker kit so I was able to fit the chain in the carpark and catch up to my group without missing any of the twisties through the Omeo, Falls Crk and Hotham etc..... We’re lucky to have a great local shop. The lady at the Benalla store is approachable, professional and knowledgeable. She was great at recognising when we needed a moment to browse alone, or approaching us just as I was ready to ask for help. My 5yo son and I have visited multiple times over the last few weeks, trying to decide between a TTR50 or 110 for a first bike.
