James Craig went out of his way to ensure I could collect my new Kubota Lawn Mower at the Myrtleford show. Save me a 12 hour drive to pick it up. Worked on a Saturday after 6pm. Highly recommend 10 star's
Everyone there was incredibly helpful. Stopped by for a couple emergency repairs on a multi day trip. Started the repairs immediately and helped me get back on the road super quickly. Even if not for repairs I’d recommend stopping by for gear 👍👍
I purchased a part for my Honda XR. The part was in stock on the website and I chose and paid express delivery, however, the item took 3 days to leave the shop. On top of this, I received the part, opened it to check it was the correct size, and found it was the wrong size I had ordered. I asked if I could return the part for a refund, and was told that because it was opened, no refund would be possible. After many email discussion, it was still no.
