Unfortunately i have an older motorcycle that was in excellent condition until i took it here for a service, after i picked it up and eventually went for a ride oil ended up all over my leg as they had lost the dust cover, then i took it back and they did a whole lot of work i didn't ask for and now refuse to service my bike, so i have had to service it myself just to find there mechanic stripped out the allen key for the screen and wont take responsibility for there stuff up, i wish i never took my bike to them and went to ... read more
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Stef and mechanic to get me up and running again while riding from Sydney to Philip Island, rang them first thing in the morning for a new front tyre, got back to me with some choices within 5 mins, dropped the bike off 30mins later popped out for some breakfast , Stef txt me 30mins later, my bike was ready to go!! Fantastic service to get me back up and on the road again. Highly recommended these guys !! Thx again !! Cheers !
They helped us after hours with an out of brand part. The owner came and opened for us when we were in trouble. Brilliant service. Old fashioned values and incredible Samaritans to people in need.
Very helpful, service and parts department are great, and price is good, will definitely continue using this place, thankyou! UPDATE: Have continued using Alpine Motorcycles for all my Honda parts orders, and they’re always fantastic and on the ball. Still very happy 1 year on. UPDATE 2: I now order parts from here every few weeks for various bike projects, and still great, fast, and well priced! Thankyou again!
