Exceptional service from Rebecca and the parts team at Alpine Motor Group team. We had a wheel bearing deteriorate on our Toyota Troop Carrier on our drive from Sydney to Jindabyne and were in urgent need of a replacement. Rebecca from the parts team went absolutely above and beyond to source the part for us quickly. Her professionalism, friendliness and dedication were outstanding. Highly recommend the entire team at Alpine Motor Group to anyone looking for great service and support.
I recently a vehicle and had it shipped to Perth. During the process I dealt with Patrick Inting and his manager Jufil Blanza. They were both very attentive to requests for information about the vehicle and transport to WA. If they didn't have the answers on hand, they sought the answer and let me know. Great buying experience.
Will never buy a new car from this dealer again. No support from the dealer with major warranty issues with our Triton. Triton was in drivable for six months.
I recently bought a used car from them and dealing with the crew at Alpine has been a good experience! A massive shoutout to Alyssa who made the whole process feel like a breeze. The negotiations were easy and the price of the car was fair. She always got back to me on time and answered my (many) questions patiently. The delivery of the vehicle could have been smoother but they sorted it out fairly quickly.
