We worked with this company through Shannon with their pahrump branch and had a terrible experience. We were selling our home in Las Vegas at the same time and so had a deadline we needed to move out by but because she didn't schedule the appraisal on the house we were purchasing until a few days before the closing date we ended up not closing on time.
