I worked with Joe Conway at Alpine Mortgage Planning to secure a mortgage for purchasing a new home. Joe and the team at Alpine were outstanding. Originally, I was approved through another mortgage company. When it came time to get an actual loan estimate on a home, the other company quoted me some closing fees which I thought were too high. Zero Stars! Mark will cost you money instead of saving you money. They were too busy spending their commission checks to provide us with sound advise. Instead we were forcing into a situation that could have been avoided. Mark sends us stuff in the mail every once and a while, good thing we have a wood stove.
