John went above and beyond to get us through a painless (although difficult) loan situation. He is flawless in resolving every issue that arises. I have done 2 loans with John, our original loan for our purchase and then a refinance, both using a VA loan. My wife and I shopped around and compared lenders and John provided the best rate by far. John also provided, by far, the best service and advice of any of the lenders. He was incredibly patient with us as first time home buyers and I can never express how grateful I am for that. I'd recommend John Ussery to anyone buying a house and say you don't need to shop around.

John Ussery is fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. My wife and I just recently purchased our first home and after the initial interview with John we just knew we had to go with him. No question is too small or too big with John and he was very patient with us. And since we were first time home buyers and liked to read everything this was great! He is detailed oriented, makes the process easy to understand, and is with you every step of the way.
