New roads as the current ones are falling apart (literally). Childrens play area would also be nice as there is nothing here for children but mischief making. Many empty lots available that could be made into functioning play area.

Not family friendly , If you don’t have a life it’s the place to be
Not a place for kid's, nor is it a place that you have freedom to landscape your yard like you want. I was told i had to take my confederate flag down because someone was offended by it
