Ally really listened to what I needed and her knowledge of anatomy and holistic way of approaching massage made it the best one I have ever had. She knew exactly where to focus and released so much tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. Can't wait for my next appointment!
Ally and Sheena are both great. Both of the spaces are very comforting, relaxing, and welcoming vibes. Ally has helped me work through tendanitus in my ankle, and all the ailments working as a hairstylist brings. She is very talented and knowledgeable in her practice and will send you home with ways to help keep your body feeling it's prime. Highly recommend these gems!!
Dr Sheena is the best massage therapist I've been to. Her calm, professional, and holistic approach to helping clients move past pain and into mobility is excellent. She exceeds my expectations every time.
