Called to book two massages, specifically inquired about direct billing to insurance - they then booked me in with a student and failed to tell me this - because you can’t bill to insurance for student RMTs. They’re very quick to ask for your card details though. Perhaps an honest mistake but inexcusable considering i specifically asked about billing to insurance.
I’ve seen many RMTs at alpine, and they’re all kind, professional and good RMTs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s an overall relaxing environment. Highly recommend!
I've been seeing Amy since her days at another clinic and I followed her to this one because she's so great. this space is very nice and inviting. highly recommend.
My wife has been going to alpine for some time now and suggested I try going for massages as part of many mental health solutions to better myself. I landed on Amy who is the owner, for months I was going once a week and she has been nothing but amazing and have kept going to her still to this day.
