First went in, had to pay upfront, then brought to a room. Waited 15 mins, then was told it’d be another 15 mins. Just gave up and went to the front and asked for a refund. Should be the end of the story, but nope, manager seemed to have forgotten the code to do refunds and got locked out after entering the wrong code, told me to come back in 30 mins.
