My initial interactions were okay. Ordered a large amount of wood and about 12 were unusable and I returned them. They initially delivered over 30 wrong size boards. They re-delivered them and 6 were so warped or beat up they could not be used. I returned them with my own equipment. No sorry, no refund for having to make a second trip due to their negligence on picking out unusable wood. Would not recommend going here. Find a place that checks their wood for poor quality.
