We rented two neighboring Sunburst condo units for our extended family's vacation last week after having had a fantastic experience there the year before. The condos are clean, well-equipped and well maintained. The pool area was close by, clean, and beautiful. There is also access to the large pool in Elkhorn. Thanks to Alpine Lodging for easy reservations and a terrific experience! We'll be back!
Great customer service and response time.
Clean room friendly staff
Not a customer oriented group. Example, The pilot light would stay on in the fireplace....it was a cluster f____ck to light over and over again for the week. Zero support from management, couldn't be bothered. We're fairly easy going but between what they say their renting and what you get makes for a surprise when you open the door.
The team at Alpine Lodging is wonderful - everything you could expect from a world class org handling vacation rentals in an incredible setting. From when I first booked, I noticed they have excellent coverage in the area and a variety of wonderful properties under their management that would be a great fit for many different types of parties.
