Didn’t have an experience but I did run into one in the highway. Absolutely terrible driver
Coming out of my pickup location, the driver hit a curb while talking on the phone and driving. While driving me home, driver is fiddling with a phone and tablet.
Over price
I would give a zero if I could. I asked the rate, they guy said $2.50 / mile, then took the longest way to get to my location. I showed him that there were shorter routes, but he said this was the fastest. I complained and he said, "I already told you the rate, you should have asked about our policy." Then when I didn't tip him he tossed his trash out the window on my street when he drove off.
