I honestly wish I could give this business a negative score. I had an initial consult for my son, and set up ONE tentative appointment after the consult. After that consult I was sent paperwork and I had not finished filling it all out so my son was technically not an established patient with them yet. It turns out that my son had a conflict with school so I requested that the appointment be canceled. Very bad at following up and calling back patients. I’ve been trying to schedule with one of the therapists for two weeks now. Received a text requesting my email address days after I have left multiple missed calls along with voicemails. I sent them the email information same day and never received an email or a single call back. Sloppy front desk!
Beverly is an amazing therapist. I've been through many in the past 20 or so years, and have never had anyone so willing to help me and anyone who cares as much as Beverly!
My counselor at Alpine has made such a huge impact in my healing journey! This isn't my 1st rodeo, I've had other counselors throughout my life on & off all at different practices & different times in my life .
