I'm a bit disappointed with the outcome of getting a ring resized. We had taken my father in laws ring to get resized and a crack fixed a few weeks before our wedding. Steve was great and assured us the ring would be ready. The week of the wedding I called to get an update.. and no answer. For multiple days I kept calling and no one was answering.
