We have been clients of Brokerlink for 7 years, our insurance is through Intact for our home and vehicles. We just renewed our policy and I did shop around to see if we could get our insurance cheaper anywhere else, and our policy with brokerlink was the cheapest by far. We have always been happy with the customer services and speed of assistance.

I have been with Alpine for half my life. The customer service has really gone down hill. Rude account managers, and absolutely no followup from management. I requested a new account manager a week ago because of poor customer service from my current account manager. Not only have I not received a call from my new account manager but the office manager hasn't discussed my concerns either. Your just a number here. They don't care about their customers. ** UPDATE** No one has ever bothered to reach out.

Terrible customer service. They argued with me about me taking my business elsewhere after I experienced a very difficult situation and wanted to change insurance companies. Even after crying on the phone. Disgraceful.

I have been with Alpine for a very long time while I lived in Alberta. The customer service has really gone down hill. The account manager I had wasn't reading my emails entirely. Poor follow up. Been chasing them down for the same thing for a long time. So I Found a new broker who wants my business and the home insurance came in lower. I don't like being taken for granted.
