I wanted to reach out and express my disappointment in learning that the servicing of my business insurance was sold to another firm—especially without any prior communication. Since becoming a client in 2018, I’ve valued our relationship and the service provided. At the very least, I would have expected a phone call or email letting me know about the transition and what to expect moving forward. It’s a matter of professional courtesy and something I believe long-standing clients deserve.
