I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived well before closing time at 5:30 only to find that the agent, an extremely rude young Asian woman who refused to tell me her name refused me service because she wanted to leave early today….seriously she said that. I understand the importance of maintaining work hours, but it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially since I had taken time out of my day to visit. All the staff is very easy to work with , They are Always willing to help make the normally crappy experience with ICBC a better one. Cant say enough good things about the entire staff ( Sally is the best) !
