I am absolutely horrified by my experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I was met with an overwhelming sense of neglect and poor hygiene, but what truly crossed the line was discovering bed bugs crawling on the bed. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health risk. The sheets were visibly stained, the bathroom was filthy, and it was clear that no proper cleaning or sanitation protocols were followed. I booked our stay for the weekend of July 11–13, 2025, based on the positive reviews online and made the reservation back on February 17, 2025.
