DO NOT STAY at Alpine Inn & Suites, Revelstoke. We booked this property through Booking.com. The room was filthy and smelled strongly of marijuana the moment we walked in. The odor was overwhelming and made the entire stay uncomfortable. The floors creak loudly with every step, making it feel poorly maintained and unstable. The bathroom door doesn’t even lock, which is unacceptable. We rented the two bedroom as there were two of us on a snowmobile trip and the room had a kitchen. We were in room 13. The Bed I got was hard as a rock - turns out is was just a boxspring for the mattress. When I complained she apologized and gave me another room. My buddy staying in room 12 had the same complaint about the rock hard boxspring bed. The rooms were very clean and tidy!!!!
Due to highway closure, we needed a room overnight unexpectedly. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The reception area was large and bright. It included the area where continental breakfast was served with plenty of seating space. The breakfast included items peculiar to their culture eg. steamed corn doughnuts, which were a treat!

This was the worst experience of my life. I arrived at the main office and there was no one there. I had to wait about 15 minutes until a woman showed up, clearly upset. She gave me room number 29 and told me that until 9:00 p.m. I would hear noise because the laundry room was next door. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. and waited for the room to warm up, since when I entered the room the temperature was only 9 degrees.
