Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The front desk service was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which set a negative tone right at check-in. The washrooms were in poor condition — not properly cleaned and lacking basic maintenance. Unless there are improvements in both customer service and cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing, lots of space, we could have stayed for a week, not just one night. Other than NO continental breakfast due to renovations, I would definitely stay there again!!
