Are you still in business? We haven't been serviced in over a month.
I can not get a hold of anyone, I called 9 times and left 9 voicemails. I still have yet to receive a phone call back.
We have used Alpine Ice for the past few years and usually we can contact someone to repair the machine but in the last month or so I have reached out to them and no one ever answers the phone nor returns phone calls, we haven't had Ice for about 6 week now.
