Great vibes. Proper Aussie old school pub. Really nice owner and staff. And probably the best Guinness I've had in Aus!
Great country pub.
We arrived at the Alpine Hotel Pub in Cooma in the late afternoon, hoping to have a meal, and were told that the kitchen would only open at 6:00 pm. However, the lovely bartender immediately offered a thoughtful solution and suggested we walk to the nearby bakery, bring back pies, and enjoy them at the pub. That is exactly what we did. My wife and I looked at the prices for lunch and they were beyond belief expensive. Although there was plenty of parking outside. Had to wait for someone to serve me for a Beer sorry not for me!
A broken bike and a great refreshing beer while we waiting to be rescued.
