I can't say enough good things about Alpine Hot Tubs in McCall. Responsiveness was outstanding When I needed a warranty repair, Steve, the owner handled it himself, and the whole process was timely and professional from start to finish. He clearly knows the products and what's needed in a Mountain town enviorment. Highly recommend Alpine Hot Tubs to anyone in McCall or the surrounding area looking for honest, dependable service.

Alpine Hot Tubs services our hot tub and they do a stellar job. We’re very impressed with the service reports that include photos, chemical readings, what chemicals were used, and what services were performed. Very professional and impressive! And our hot tub water reflects the care they put into service! Highly recommend Alpine Hot Tubs for service, and when we need a new hot tub, we will stick with them as well!

Incredible service! The entire team at Alpine Hot Tubs is wonderful to work with. They are quick to answer the phone, work with you to solve any problems that come up, send a tech out in a short turnaround time if anything needs looked at, and so much more. Special shout out to Stacey — her kindness, understanding, willingness to work with you to resolve any issues with your hot tub, and dedication to providing the best service is a highlight for us. Alpine is great! They are very responsive and have quick and quality service! Highly recommend. I call for service and they take care of everything quickly and efficiently!
