Alpine seemed to be more interested in money than my needs. Corporate policy did not match Medicare and as a result my mask cost me full amount where Medicare would have paid for it. Alpine would not even submit it to Medicare. Alpine never contacted me for replacements. Personnel were friendly but was limited by corporate policies.
Great customer service. Reordering supplies is very easy.
