Yes I had to pick Up a Device For a Test The Pulmonary Dr.Needed The Receptionist Greated me with a friendly & Had The Device ready for me to pick Up She was very Efficient Did not take long to check out.
Mailed out a new cpap. They did not view my file or they would have seen I have oxygen machine and they would have included an adapter for the machine. Common sence.
