I had a great experience with Alpine Home Medical. They were helpful and patient with all my questions.
My son and I went into the Tooele store three times after his Dr sent a prescription for CPAP supplies. He has dual coverage and twice they copied his cards. We took copies in as well. Twice he received a text saying they don't have current information and cancelled his supply order. In the past they billed Health Choice exclusively and he has Medicare Humana which is a participating insurance. He still doesn't have supplies and it's been over a year since they resupplied him.
