Alpine Home Medical explained the entire process to me and kept me informed. The device was shipped to my house in a timely manner.
Ladies were So sweet and knowledgable. Answered all my questions, store was clean.
Poor customer service. Extremely poor communication with the customer. It took over 10 months for my husband and I to get our cpap supplies and oxygen because of such poor communication and customer service. I called to find out the delay on my oxygen and it had been approved for me month ago, but I was told they did not have a driver. But that was never communicated with me and I ended up going to pick it up myself.
Great machine and company, take a while once ordered but worth the wait.
