If I could write a negative 5 I would. They keep you on hold forever unless they want money or they want you to get more product, then they can't be quick enough. My husband had been with them for over 12 years and me over 5, HAD been. We are now with Peterson and they actually care and act like are a person. Alpine billing and scheduling people are dishonest and do not care about your health. ONLY your money. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in June and told that Alpine scheduling would call to get me set up. They called a couple of days later and told me that my deductible had been met and that I only owed $204. I paid it that day over the phone. But did not make an appointment for me to get my supplies. Do not work with Alpine home medical! Their billing department is awful. They charged me for a rental on a CPAP machine when it was an out right purchase and then continued to bill me for the discounted portion of the insurance. I called my insurance and then called Alpine, back to Insurance, back to Alpine, trying to work through it and then I get a collections notice for $200 more than the original bill! My insurance said that my bill should be around $200 max, which is the amount I paid on my credit card when we first got... read more
