The people in the office were nice but the wheelchair was damaged and too dirty so my husband needed to clean and repair it. However, the manager called me to check on how everything was going and she offered to exchanged my wheelchair for a new one and it was fantastic. And apologized for the delay and inconvenience of the old equipment. Very helpful!
This has to be one of the worst places to deal with. Sat in the emergency room for over 3 hours waiting for them. They claimed the hospital never set it up and wanted us to wait 2 more hours. What a joke.
**UPDATE - since writing this review, I have had help fixing my issues regarding my billing situation. I have been going through Alpine Home Medical for my CPAP equipment since July. I should note this isn’t necessarily a Vernal site issue, more of a department issue with their Billing Department. Everything went smoothly to get the equipment. However, I’ve been having issues having anyone help in regards to a billing issue I have. I’ve called somewhere around 7-8 times to their billing department within the last 2 or so mon... read more
