I was told to use them by my doctors office. I didn't choose them. I was told to get a CPAP machine. The first person I saw was great. Then the billing side took over. Billings is a mess. You can't tell what you are being billed for. If you call they can't answer. If you leave a message they will not call you back.. If you go into the office they are rude at the front counter to you. I called Alpine Medical in St.George Utah. I ask if they did service on wheelchairs. They ask where did you get it? I told them I bought it off the internet and it needed to have the drive parameters reprogrammed to better meet my needs. They told me if I didn't buy it from them they would help me. Then hung. No worries. I found out other companies were willing to help and even do it for free. I would never buy ANYTHING from ALPINE MEDICAL. Tight group running a Medical Monopoly (IE, SCAM)

I went into the Provo Utah store and ordered new Bipap masks for both myself and my wife.. They never came. They won't answer their phone. I've left 6 messages over three weeks asking for the status of our order. They won't call back. Please don;t do business with these folks.

I called Alpine Home Medical to schedule a repair for my power chair, it had been repaired last week, but they didn't do it right. My chair is only 4 months old, still under warranty. The woman I talked to, Whitney, was extremely rude, laughed at me then lied about laughing. I'm a good customer of Alpine Home Medical, I've bought two power chairs from them, I deserve to be treated with respect

If I could write a negative 5 I would. They keep you on hold forever unless they want money or they want you to get more product, then they can't be quick enough. My husband had been with them for over 12 years and me over 5, HAD been. We are now with Peterson and they actually care and act like are a person. When I spoke to my insurance, although Alpine said they hadn't paid, they had been billed 3 times per month for almost all of 2020. Do not work with Alpine home medical! Their billing department is awful. They charged me for a rental on a CPAP machine when it was an out right purchase and then continued to bill me for the discounted portion of the insurance. I called my insurance and then called Alpine, back to Insurance, back to Alpine, trying to work through it and then I get a collections notice for $200 more than the original bill!
