Long waiting time. Didn't get what I needed. Have called them and can get them to answer. They won't do what they said.
The staff in the store was incredible. He showed me other devices as well that I may want to use in the future
The store manager was so courteous and professional, and assisted me With identifying a billing issue regarding insurance coverage and patient pay. This took more than a few minutes of his time, and I am grateful for that Gift of time!
