The manager by the name "Wallaroosta" was so rude and made so many discrimination remarks against people w/disabilities stating "We do not want ramps" to include wheelchair access. I found her very demeaning and obnoxious. She mentioned if we could pay an "extra" $75.00 that she could get a move-in spot quicker in which I found very alarming and unethical. This manager needs to be reported to the "Property Management Company" for discrimination and falsifying rental applications.
Don't bother with hoban management. They are the company that took over these apartments. They lie and manipulate you. They obviously dont care about how to run an apartment because they have staff that break the laws and violate your rights as a lawful tenant. Avoid at all costs
