Darren is a great guy and their tech's like Anthony do good work but the management and customer relations is another story. I have multiple rental properties and over the years have given Alpine a lot of work including my own residence. My husband and I wanted to thank you so much for the prompt next day service to see to our son in laws mother's heating problem. Still a bad time of year to be without heat for someone on hospice. Plus didn't cost us an arm and a leg.

Had a problem with my furnace and they ordered the parts Monday morning and repaired the furnace Tuesday morning. Very nice people and a job well done

Pretty simple, one here folks. Searched high and low to find an American made unit and found pioneer. Unit worked well and then seemed to have some issue. Not a lot of ac techs in the area but called Alpine. CS was prompt, technician arrived on time and spent alittle over an hour working on my mini split. At the end of his visit, the technician tells me, “ it could be a sensor, you should call pioneer to order one.” So after calling pioneer and explaining this, they basically told me I needed to know what sensor or I could o... read more
