Awesome people. Straight answers and honest. Even going out of their way to address issues by other contractors. Can’t ask for better
Beware. Bad experience. They’re not professional at all. They just want to take the money and run. Forget about a one-year warranty on labor. Alpine replaced our central AC system (2 units) in early May. The installation didn’t really inspire confidence. We ran the system only a few times before the unit leaked and flooded the ceiling and the wall and damaged the carpet. They came and stopped the leak with duct tape, but while doing that they cracked the drainpipe and flooded the bathroom ceiling. The cause of the leak from ... read more
