Very friendly and helpful!
Tom, Alpine's technician, arrived on time, was professionally polite, very courteous and seemed like an overall nice guy. Moreover, Tom was respectful of the current Corona virus issues and social distancing protocols. Due to the temperature being below 60 degrees (late March), the complete air conditioning inspection had to be postponed until outside warmer temperatures arrive.
