We were having problems with our air conditioning units and to my surprise they got a technician, Keith, out that SAME DAY he was very friendly and helpful. However, we still had a problem the next day, this time they sent Hunter and he was also super helpful and knowledgeable. The person who came to my house was extremely thorough. He spent time cleaning my heat pump so it shines. He was very considerate and worked around my unfriendly dog by having me regulate the temperature. I would definitely recommend Alpine Heating.
Two stars are only for the fine women doing the dispatching. They deserve better than the, smirking, angry jerk the company sent out to inspect my home. Wait, did I say inspect? This guy did absolutely nothing of the kind. Instead, he lectured me about the impossibility of my problem (a nearby neighbor's noxious cooking and charcoal grilling odors seeping through my vents and window frames). Very knowledgeable and friendly tech showed up on time. Answered all of my numerous questions and I never felt I was inconveniencing him.
Jim was very efficient and affable. He was patient with my questions; he explained my options or choices and listened to my descriptions of my short and long term plans.
