Well, I was very impressed with their maintenance guy that came out, so much so I decided to schedule a quote for a utility upgrade. Fast forward a week and a half now, and the guy that was supposed to come give us the quote rescheduled once, ok fine. But then he was late for the time he rescheduled for. I had to check in with him, telling me it would be "another 20min or so", which he was then late for that time as well by more than an hour.
