Very knowledgeable of the iPhone support for the hearing aids
A one woman show. Rushed and high stress in the office. Wouldn't fit for aids without a medical clearance but would sell me expensive aids sight unseen. Appears to have no samples of hearing aids.
Pat does a good job taking care of needs, correcting problems after the sale.
