Compassionate staff. Some high turnover. Some long timers. Good mix. The job is tough. These one star reviews.... As a nurse practitioner with experience rounding these facilities. Patients and family are stressed and expect too much for taxpayer funded services and put blame on the facility, when the problem is that Medicaid and Medicare are the payers mostly and are the same ones regulating the industry.
