Horror!!! We ordered nearly $5,000 worth of work from these people. It was horrible. The measurer Miguel couldn't get it right and at the end did not complete the job. The office staff is grossly incompetent and rude. If you hear the name Casey, RUN as fast as you can!!!
Don't bother! Too late, we found out the the local builders do not use this company because they do not do the order correctly and never follow up to fix the order properly.We ordered glass for a Vail client. It was redone 2 times wrong and now they do not answer their phone. We lost money on this transaction.
Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere... even if it means someone in the front range. I have tried numerous times to try and get things fixed and then only half of the issues were fixed. They have no interest in returning your calls once they have your money, particularly Dudley who runs the business. I have been trying to deal with poor the craftsmanship, installation and customer service of theirs for over a year now. I tried giving them HUGE helpings of "benefit of the doubt" but this is obnoxious. Error... read more
