Well our furnace was making funny noises so I called Dave at Alpine Gas. He came over checked our furnace which was 14 years old and diagnosed the problem, the heat exchanger was gone. Anyway my wife and I had to go out of town for a week. I just felt so comfortable and so at ease we made arrangements with Dave to install the furnace while we were away. Thanks to the team at Alpine Gas for the great service over the last 2 years. I purchase a mini split air conditioner during the heat of the summer, it was quoted and installed in record time. Most recently I purchased a new gas fireplace to replace my old one that was on life support. I called, received a reply the same day. Dave at Alpine Gas installed a new furnace in our cottage in 2022 and it has been working well. We arrived here recently and noticed a small water drip on the exhaust vent. I called and explained the issue to Dave and he arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. Fantastic product support and professionalism. Thank you Dave!
